NSF funded Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) Students:
- Ruben Trejo (2022) joined us to study boat-wakes in the intracoastal waterway. He developed an algorithm to identify boat-wake pressure signal from background wind-waves (Poster). These statistics can be used for future study of boat wake impacts on salt-marsh erosion, turbidity and mixing, among others.
