each of your groups to provide a 1
sentence definition of the policy problem that your
policy analysis/project will
focus on and what the rationales are for government addressing the problem.

Wednesday (7/2). You will have the option of forming your own group
but I may allow you to join one of the other groups. |

preparations for your group project (the classroom will be open but I
will not be there). You should also complete

a long policy analysis report, I advise you read this recent
article in the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management (JPAM) that
has a number of useful writing tips (Download).
