Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine butter and garlic in a sauce pan and heat until butter has melted. Keep warm. Arrange halved oyster on a shallow rimmed baking sheet and fill with a spoon full of garlic butter. Add spinach, green onion and a dab of Pernod and hot pepper sauce to each oyster. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Place in oven and cook till butter is bubbly about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, top off with a squeeze of a lemon, parsley and serve. Serves 6
