Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine butter and garlic in a sauce pan and heated till butter has melted. Keep warm. Arrange halved oyster on a shallow rimmed baking sheet and fill with a spoon full of garlic butter. Add shallots, peppers, bacon and a pinch of cayenne to each shell. Place in oven and cook till butter is bubbly about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, top off with a squeeze of a lemon, parsley and serve. Serves 6
