Now that we have looked at the various pairs of
signs. Please
address/respond/analyze/critique the following questions/statements:
- Serif or Sans Serif Font
- Type Size (and contrast--consider the color,
shading, etc.)
- Respond to the graphic elements of the sign
- Finally, respond to the rhetorical situation
(audience, context, and purpose).
- Can you also respond to any of the cognate
strategies ? Which ones? (pg. 137)
We will then discuss our analysis with the class.
