WelcomeDr. Abdou Ndoye

My name is Abdou Ndoye and I am the Assessment Program Director at the Watson School of Education, University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) since August 2006. I earned my doctorate from the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut (UConn) in Storrs in 2001.

I am a native of Senegal a country in West Africa, where I worked as a research assistant and faculty member at the National School of Applied Economics and also taught courses in research methods, survey research and data analysis.

Before my current position, I worked at the University of Connecticut for 5 years as the coordinator of the Master of Professional Studies and taught courses in Training and Business Development, Community Development and Sustainability.

In addition to my role as Assessment Director, I currently teach courses in learning outcomes assessment and instructional design.
