Welcome to the The FIS Experience!

Hello and welcome to the Facilitative Interpersonal Skill Inventory (FIS)!  This is a mouthful of words that means a fun, interactive series of videos. If you are reading this page you were probably directed here by me (Dr. Hall) as a part of a research project. Please set aside 30-40 minutes in a quiet place to complete the exercise. 

Directions

1. Please make sure your recorder works.

2. You will watch a series of videos listed in sequence below. Begin with the first video and make your way through them all.

3. For some videos you will be asked to respond verbally.  For those videos please respond into your voice recorder and do so immediately as if the client were with you. Your recorder is set up so that your responses will automatically save and will not record over your previous responses.

4. Begin now by pressing the red RECORD button on your recorder-------state your name------and then press the black STOP button

5. You are now ready to begin by watching the following videos, please note that some videos take 10-15 seconds to begin, please be patient.
