This section of the class focuses in greater detail on topics related to policy making and implementation from a practioner's perspective.  These include: 
Policy Tools, Feasibility, and Other Practical Matters
Evidence, Argument, & Persuasion
Science, Values, & Public Policy
Public Involvement & Education
Resolving Disputes
Diffusion of Innovations

Part III: Does it Work

The final section of the class focuses on questions related to whether the policies you make work from a practioner's perspective.  These include: 
Measuring Performance
Learning & Other Important Things to Remember
