Danielle received her B.S. in Psychology from Georgia College & State
University in 2011, where she spent three years working in neuroscience and
behavioral pharmacology labs. Currently, Danielle is a second year graduate
student studying under the mentorship of Dr. Galizio and works as a full-time
research assistant in the behavioral pharmacology and comparative cognition lab.
In the lab she is working on a number of projects investigating the behavioral
pharmacology and stimulus control in the Odor Span Task and stimulus equivalence
in the olfactometer. Her primary research interests include psychopharmacology,
behavior analysis, and comparative cognition with special interests in animal
models of learning and memory. After UNCW, Danielle plans on pursuing a doctoral
program in Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Neuroscience, or Psychopharmacology.
