Determining Your PowerPoint Version

To determine your PowerPoint version…
1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint.

2. Go to the Help menu. Pull down the help menu and select About Microsoft PowerPoint.

3. At the very top of the box that pops up, you will see the version. 2002, 2000, 97, etc.


4. Anything below version 2002 will require the Microsoft Player to run. You can still edit these templates in an older version of PowerPoint, but you will have to run them from the player in order to get all of the features.

The PowerPoint Player can be downloaded for free from Microsoft.

These templates will only function correctly on Microsoft Office Version 2002 or higher for Windows. If you have an older version you can try the games but I cannot promise that they will work. In addition, these templates are not guaranteed to work on Macintosh operating systems.
