Describe the ideal sampling design you would use to answer your research question, using the data collection method that you think is best for this question.  For example, if you think the participant observation method would be best to study your question, what settings would be best for you to observe?  If you think a telephone survey would be the best data collection method, what sampling techniques would you ideally use?
