Guideline 8:  Identify Any Constraints on the way you Write

Like any place else, companies and businesses have a "way" they do things.  Many times this includes the way communications are prepared and distributed.  Be sure to follow the specifications of the business for which you work.  Recognize any impacts this may have on the way you like/want/ to prepare and write communications.
