1. You have the right to remain silent.

2. Anything that you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

3. You have the right to talk with an attorney and to have an attorney present to advise you prior to or during any questioning.

4. If you are unable to pay an attorney, you have the right to have an attorney appointed to counsel you prior to or during any questioning.

5. Do you understand each of these rights which I have explained to you?
