Based on Kellett and Dalton’s (2001)
suggestion that “managing conflict is more about developing a deeper
understanding than simply doing something differently,” this panel is
designed to explore the way instruction in conflict involving
individual narrative construction, analysis, and performance can lead to
personal insight. Participating scholars with expertise in the areas of
conflict, narrative methodology, group process, and performance studies
will present their work and its relationship to the topic followed by
discussion.
