Write your personal information and collect personal information from your conversation partners and be able to introduce them and yourself.

Useful phrases:

じこしょうかいします。　(I) do self-introduction.

じこしょうかい　させていただきます。 Allow me to introduce myself. (More formal)

ごしょうかいします。 (I) introduce Mr./Ms. (last name)).  Let me introduce Mr./Ms.(last name).

こちらは、(last name) ーさんです。This is Mr./Ms.(last name).

この人（ひと）は、(last name)ーさんです。This person is Mr./Ms.(last name).

このかたは、(last name)ーさんです。This person is Mr./Ms.(last name). (This phrase is more polite than この人は、)

*(お) and (ご) are honorifics.  You need to use it when you are talking about OTHER's information but you do not use it when you are talking about YOURSELF.
