将来の就職についての悩みを先輩に聞いてもらいました。

 

 

 

Hint:  Use見える。A verb meaning Visible, able to into sight　　

そのぐらいの傷なら化粧をすれば見えなくなりますよ。

傷なら(noun + なら conditional)

見られる a potential form of 見る
聞こえるA verb meaning audible, able to hear

聞けるa potential form of 聞く

Those who talk loudly over the phone in public places, do not realize they are annoying others, I wonder.

 

公共の場で携帯電話で大声で話す奴は、自分が迷惑をかけていることに気がついていないのでしょうか（or気がついていないのだろうか）。

If you talk over the cell phone while driving in Japan, you will get caught by a police.

日本では携帯で話しながら運転していると、警察に捕まります。

My mon told me that I will turn into a cow if you lay down (寝転ぶ) right after a meal.
 (This is a popular Japanese expression)

ご飯を食べた後すぐ寝転ぶと牛になると母に注意されました。

Finding a job (就職問題) is a common issue among students.

就職問題は、学生に共通の悩みだと思います。

 

Do you think make up is necessary for women?

化粧は大人の女性にとって必要だと思いますか。

Any man would be upset if he got rejected (ふられる) by his girlfriend (彼女).

どんな男性でも彼女にふられたら悩むと思います。

 

What would you do if a friend asks you about a deep　(深刻な) issue?

友達に深刻な悩みを打ち明けられたらどうしますか。

This woman never learns, she was told not to put make up on in the train yesterday too.

昨日も注意されたのに、今日も電車で化粧をしているとは（orしているなんて）、懲りない女性です。

I was troubled by a man who was listening to loud music on his phone.

携帯で大きな音で音楽を聞いている男性に悩まされました。

My friend was kicked out of the dorm after being told multiple times to turn down the stereo.

うるさいと何度も注意されたのに(もかかわらず, in spite of)、それでも懲りない友達はまた大きな音でステレオをかけていて、寮を追い出されました。何度も(なんども)=many times

Nothing can be done about (どうしようもない) someone who doesn’t listen to other people.

何度言っても懲りない奴は、どうしようもないです(there is nothing we can do)。何度言われても is fine also.  

I borrowed my friend’s dictionary since I forgot mine.

辞書を忘れたので、友達に貸してもらいました。

Since my neighbor was blasting music, I had my landlord to warn them.

隣の人の音楽がうるさいので、大家さんに注意してもらいました。

Once I acquire Japanese (come to have a good listening skill), I am planning to go to Japan.

日本語を聞いて分かるようになったら、日本に行くつもりです。

I want to be good at writing Kanji.

漢字が上手に書けるようになりたいです。

 

I am jealous of people who can speak Japanese fluently.

日本語が上手に話せる人がうらやましいです。

話せるpotential form of 話す

I get tired of myself since I don’t study.

勉強をしない自分がいやになります。

 

Anyone whose Japanese are not improving should practice more.

日本語が上手にならない人はもっと練習してください。

You should know to wear a tie ネクタイ whenever you attend a board meeting重役会議.

Since I don’t have wear kimonos as much as I used to, I don’t wear my geta as much too.

最近は着物を着る機会(chance, occasion)が減ったので、下駄をはく機会も少なくなりました。

Please bring a hat to the hiking trip tomorrow because it will be sunny and hot.

明日は晴れて暑くなるので、ハイキングには帽子をかぶって来てください。

I saw a handsome foreign man get on the women only car in the train. I figured he didn’t understand any Japanese. I thought that there should be a foreign sign as well.

女性専用車両にイケメンの外国人男性が乗っていたのを見ました。　日本語か漢字が分からない（読めない）人だと思いました。　外国語で書かれたサインも必要だと思いました。

I started to gain interest towards an English class taught by a handsome man ever since I found out about it.

イケメンの男性が教えている英語のクラスがあったので、興味がわきました。

女性専用車両にのるのが平気な男性はいません。
