Lame Encoder:
Download this and save it to the folder c:/program files/audacity.
The first time you try to save an mp3 file in audacity it will
ask you where the lame encoder is. The name of the file is
lame_enc.dll. Reference this file for the program and you will be
mp3 ready. Wave and Ogg Vorbis output are built in. This
two part process is necessary because of licensing restrictions on the
mp3 codec.
