Writing is both internal and external.  We learn to use tools to help us write or communicate with others.  Describe in more detail your views or philosophy on technology, writing, and/or education.  How much technology should public school teachers be responsible for teaching?  What sorts of technology should teachers teach?  How much technology did your teachers use?  What kinds of technology did you use in high school?
