You are also more than welcome to sit in on my "Contemporary Issues in Liberal Studies" class to get an "insider's view" of the course and the program.   The class meets every Monday evening from 6:30 to 9:15 in Room 212, Morton Hall on the UNCW campus.  If you sense you might be interested, once again give me a call.

Finally, I'd like to invite you to check out any of the following supplements which include descriptions of MALS courses, a listing of MALS faculty, the current syllabus for GLS 502: Contemporary Issues in Liberal Studies, local scenes, and a more extended statement of my own personal "take" on the value of the liberal arts.   Upcoming supplements will include profiles of current MALS students, profiles of participating MALS faculty, program statements from a number of other Graduate Liberal Studies programs across the country, and a calendar of special activities and events.

Thanks for your time and let me hear from you.
