This gentleman voted in his best batik shirt and later came back in a t-shirt to
watch the proceedings. Voting was taken seriously, but the TPS also had
the environment of a neighborhood party, since the number of voters at any
polling station is small and people tend to know each other well. I was
served coffee and lots of water and more sweets than I could eat. (next
