-Should be able to move fields up and down, if you add a PhoneNumber2, you would want it next to PhoneNumber1, if you add ApartmentNumber, you don't want it 20 filds away from their address.

-We think you should be able to do DTD support as well, you could have something inside the program that could convert DTD to Schema
