Subject: Invisible Critique This is Seldas critique of The Invisible Scheduling System -See if you can combine the number of windows that pop up into as few as possible. -Button to return users to Main Window? -Try to make software able to schedule Split shifts. -Eliminate typing errors by the users by dropdown lists. It might take the user 10 tries to access an employee with a difficult last name. -If the user has to type in the employee info to access file, what format is it in (Lastname, Firstname), (Firstname Lastname), (SSN-NU-MBER), (SSNNUMBER)etc.. -We believe your scheduler should be able to accommodate a 1-3 month in advance request off, this way employers know ahead of time if they need to hire X-mas help etc. -Do not see your High Priority - Generate Schedule being implemented yet. -Maybe assign a 3 or four digit number to each employee for easy lookup.
