I don't really advocate playing this
way, but when your guns jam, hey...
Sometimes it's just plain fun to
bust out a pattern for a bar or two.
Then you can go right back to being
a sensitive and spontaneous artiste.
Here's an interesting pattern I once stumbled across.
I've used it over alt7 chords;
obviously, it'll work on augmented maj7 chords too.(The chord symbols show which chords are actually being used in the pattern.)
