Please answer the following questions. For question 4, you will need to see Dr. Reber to assign you a tray.

1) A gas line is going through hilly territory with 50% ground visibility, and you have been hired to find any sites on the land. What type of survey should you do?

2) You are doing a survey for academic reasons on an area of 20 square miles with a mixture of deep flood plain and less deep floodplain, all plowed. You have 5 students and yourself to do the work. How should you do the survey? What sampling method will you use?

3) You find a site in the deep section of the floodplain. Describe the process you will follow next to excavate the site. Sketches will be helpful here.

4) Choose a tray from the front of the room, and put the artifacts on the tray in chronological order. Describe how you decided how to do this.
