The program will be directed toward preparing students to function in a variety of roles to be performed in a broad range of settings, including:

	instructional design and development
	instructional delivery systems and implementation
	assessment, evaluation, and research
	materials and media development/production
	program management and organizational development
	emerging technologies

Such roles are typically found in business and industry, human services, health institutions, higher education, government, military, and public and private K-12 education.
