In all years that I have been in UNCW, I have enjoyed the opportunity to be reviewed by many of my peers. I have also made an effort to observe my peers and to reflect on my teaching by observing their teaching practices. The analysis of my peer reviewers suggests that they see me as a dedicated and effective educator who strives for excellence and is able to provide challenging and engaging, but supportive instruction. They also make a note of my high expectations for myself and for my students and believe that I am very responsive to my students' needs.
