New NSF grant funded - Prospects and limitations of predicting a potential collapse of the AMOC

Along with two colleagues from The University of Wisconsin, Dr. Till Wagner and Dr. Liz Maroon, we received NSF funding to explore the possibility that the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation will collapse. The consequences of such a collapse would be dire. Stay tuned for papers and talks and postdoc/student opportunities.
