Field Methods in Environmental Sciences

                    Laboratory Assignments: 20%       Participation and Attendance: 15%          Public Hearing: 10%

                    Research Paper: 20%                      Mid-term Exam: 20%                               Final Exam: 15%


Attendance Policy: Class attendance is mandatory. You may miss 2 classes (NOT LABS) without penalty. After that, 5 points will be deducted from your attendance grade for each missed class (this includes lab periods during the class project. Laboratory assignments will not be accepted if the associated laboratory session is missed and you will receive a zero grade for that laboratory. Students failing to participate satisfactorily in the class project will NOT receive a passing grade in this course.
