PSY 526: Psychological Assessment II

Grading Policies

Final grades will be based on two exams (a midterm and final) worth 30% each, several commentaries/reports (20%), and a final personality assessment report (20%). Exams will be a combination of short answer, multiple choice, and essay questions. The final is cumulative. Weekly commentaries are to be 2 typed double-spaced pages in length and are to focus on the weekly readings, organizational topics, or based on homework assessment reports. When doing commentaries, please note that these are NOT to be summaries of the readings nor our class discussions, but rather, you are to grapple with some related issue. They may take the form of comments, questions, observations, and the like. I will give you written feedback on each of these. The goal of these assignments is to stimulate class discussion. On some weeks, you will have to write brief reports summarizing personality assessment data.
