Title:The Use of metabolomic data in the drug development
and disease assessment
Speaker: Chris Beecher
Abstract: Metabolomics is the omics
science of biochemistry. As such it is the closest and most direct
measure of total physiological status. We will discuss experiments
in which metabolomics datasets have been used to discover novel aspects of
ALS (Lou Gherig’s disease) or drug selectivity.
