Environmental chamber where mouse are held for 8 weeks (beginning at 8 weeks of age) under conditions of simulated high altitude. One compartment of the chamber is maintained under hypobaric hypoxia (1/2 atm P) and the other compartment is maintained under normobaric conditions (normoxia).
