The units in the Arabic numbers changes every three digits, so you add "comma" in every three digits but Japanese numbers goes every four digits/
EE.g. 10000 -->  10,000 --->  1  0000  一万 いちまん
        100000 --> 100, 000  --> 10  0000 十万 じゅうまん
        1000000 --> 1,000, 000  --> 100  0000 百万 ひゃくまん
        10000000 --> 10,000, 000 --> 1000  0000 千万 せんまん
        100000000 --> 100,000, 000 --> 1  0000   0000 一億 いちおく
