-form of -Adjectives (くて)
(Refer to the grammar dictionary "Te" pp.464 467 for more sample sentences.)

 

Te forms of adjectives can be used in various structures. When -forms of adjectives are used by itself, it serves as connecting/linking sentences without any conjunctives (sentence connector such as それから、そして、etc.) This linking function is the same as what we learned about -forms of verbs and  -forms of です.

-Adjective root + + + another adjective or verb.

(Change “” to “” and add right after it.)

e.g.  このレストランは、料理がおいしくて建物があたらしくて料理の値段が安です。
(lit. Speaking of this restaurant, the food is tasty, (building is new,) and price of food is inexpensive.

このレストランは、数年前までは、料理がおいしくて建物があたらしくて)料理の値段がかったです
(lit. Speaking of this restaurant, until several years ago, the food was tasty, (building was new,) and price of food was inexpensive (implying it is not good anymore.)
Note: Te-forms does not indicate any past or non-past form.  You need to see the endings of the sentences to see if it is past or non-past.
 

Compare the above sentence  with what you have learned before (see below).

  このレストランは、おいし、(あたらし、)やすレストランです。

Lit. This restaurant is tasty, (new,) and inexpensive restaurant. (It sounds redundant and lacks details such as what is new and inexpensive.)

This form requires a noun after the adjectives but if you connect the adjectives with –くて form, noun is not required (in other words, you should not use noun after –くて form.

 

This form requires a noun after the adjectives but if you use the -te forms of adjectives ( –くて  or でform), it is optional.

By using the Te-forms of adjectives: 
Describe two people such as your family member, your friends, movie starts, etc.
Describe two places such as your favorite cities/towns or place of your residence, birth, etc.
Describe two more items which are favorite restaurant, food, movie, books, etc.
