Conjunctive forms of verbs
( ますforms without ます)

Conjunctive forms of verbs (polite forms without ます) is used instead of using te-forms for verbs to connect to the following sentences.  It is used to write a report, to give instructions/directions, or to avoid using too many te-forms of verbs continuously.  Here is some sample sentence.

明日は学校に行ってクラスに出、2時には友達会い、その後、アルバイトにいきます。

Tomorrow (I will) go to school, attend classes, meet friends at 2:00 and after that go to the part time job.
