You must develop the sense of differences between katakana, hiragana, and kanji.  To practice doing this, let us consider a traditional Japanese food, sushi.

What is sushi?  I can hear some people screaming "raw fish!"  "WRONG!"  Sushi means "vinegared seasoned rice with some ingredients."  The ingredients can be raw fish but some are only vegetables, and sushi is loved by vegetarians as well as meat eaters.

Look at the pictures and menu below.  Some of the ingredients that you see include:  sweet eggs, shiitake mushroom, cucumber, and kanpyoo vegetables, to name a few.  The brown one is a fried tofu bag with rice inside.  Answer the question below the menu by typing your response in English in the space provided.  Proofread your answer and then press "submit."
