Guidelines for attending Mesa Española
1. Everyone, regardless of Spanish ability, is welcome to attend. You do not have to be enrolled in a Spanish class to participate. You are always welcome to bring a friend, but your friend will be much more comfortable if he/she can speak Spanish and is willing to do so.
2. Please participate as much as possible. The more you talk the more your Spanish will improve.
3. The owner of El Sombrero Azul has been very gracious by allowing us to gather there. There is no charge for attending Mesa Española, but please keep in mind that we occupy valuable space in a very popular and small local restaurant. You are encouraged to support the restaurant by giving them your business, and please remember to leave a gratuity for our servers. They are very supportive of us, so let's return the favor!
4. You must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol so remember to bring your ID, and please do not overindulge.
