The grades for exams 1 through 4 are listed below by alias. The alias was to be 4-6 letters. If you listed one longer than that it was truncated to 6 letters. I also had a hard time reading some people’s writing. So, if you don’t see your exact alias, look for one that is similar.

Remember that you get to drop the lowest grade on one of your first three exams. If you are calculating your exam average, take the two highest scores from the first three exams and then add them to the score from exam 4 and divide by three. The exam average constitutes 90% of your grade, as described on the syllabus.

Note that the grades below do not include extra credit. They also do not include adjustments to the scores that were discussed in class. I will add those adjustments in when I calculate the final grade.

READ THIS: Final course grades will be posted on SEANET (by Thursday or Friday?). Check your grades on SEANET. Do not contact me for them. I don’t give out course grades over the phone or via email. Feel free to contact me if you think that I calculated your final grade incorrectly. If you are contacting me about that issue, be sure that you have calculated your average yourself first and compared it to the grading scale that is shown on the syllabus.
