2006 Graduate Alumni
Rhiannon Thomas
Rhiannon is an alumni of UNCW. She graduated with her Masters
degree in 2006. Previously, Rhiannon was the Laboratory Animal Technician for
both our lab and Psychopharmacology Lab run by Dr. Ray Pitts, Dr. Christine
Hughes, and Dr. Ruth Hurst. In addition to her caretaker duties in the
psychology labs,
Rhiannon also taught a section of
General Psychology for several semesters. As Dr. Galizio's graduate student, Rhiannon conducted MTS and Non-MTS
research using olfactory stimuli and rats. Her general psychology interests
include animal behavior and behavior modification and she is especially interested in
environmental enrichment in zoological settings.
