PowerPoint has several views for us use. These views can be changed by
going to the view menu and selecting your choice. Let’s look at
each one.
1.
The first view also called Normal view. Has the slides in order in the
left column. In the middle of the screen is the large slide view. Underneath
the slide view is the notes space.
2. The second view is call the slide sorter view. I call
this the story board view. Within this view it is very easy to move or
rearrange your slides by simply clicking and dragging them to the new
place you wish them to be in your PowerPoint.
3. The third view is called the slide show view, and it
will start the slide show from slide one.
The last view is the notes view. Selecting this view will allow you to
see a small picture of the slide with a large space to type notes into
below. (This view is identical to how the page will look if you print
the slides using the notes view.)
