About
the final project:
·
Select a lesson topic for a specific subject area and
grade level that you plan to work with in the future.
- Must be detailed enough that a substitute could
perform the lesson in your absence.
·
The length of the lesson should aim for 1 class period
depending on grade level and length of a typical class.
·
The lesson can be designed for one subject area or can
be interdisciplinary of several subject areas.
·
The lesson must be differentiated for all levels of
learners including gifted and special education students.
- Lesson must incorporate the use of technology such
as, a webquest, a powerpoint, an excel self checking worksheet,
etc. You must
attach some form of technology to the appropriate section in the lesson
plan. ie
- attach the powerpoint or webquest
you plan to use. If the students are creating a powerpoint, brochure, or other item during the
lesson, then include a sample created by the teacher to be used by the
students as a guide.
- Your lesson must also incorporate the use of a Web
2.0 tool of your choosing. It can
be a web tool that you have learned about through this course such as skype or any tool that you find. The following webpage is a great
resource for web 2.0 tools. http://www.go2web20.net/
·
You must complete this assignment as an individual, no
teams or partners.
- Project will be done in Taskstream
as a lesson plan. You must use the UNCW EDN 303-Technology Project Form Lesson plan
Format found in the Taskstream Lesson Builder.
- (To do this, click lesson builder, click the pull down
menu entitled Format, and choose the EDN303 Technology Project Form.)
