Summary of Madden et al. (SFWMD) program

• Begin sampling Thalassia in Trout Cove, Little Madiera Bay, and McCormick Creek
• Sample areas are adjacent to major freshwater inflows into Northeast Florida Bay
• Measure above- and below-ground biomass, productivity, and tissue nutrients
• Begin measurements of phytoplankton production at the same stations
• Create synoptic high-resolution maps of water quality in NE and Central Florida Bay seagrass areas
