Starbucks in the Mayfaire Shopping Center.2-3 hour duration and mostly
speed work.
Non-UNCW ride Sunday
August 23, 6:30 AM pick-up group ride meeting in the parking lot behind
the Starbucks in the Mayfaire Shopping Center, 5 hours or 80 to 100
miles long steady distance. (need at least two large water bottles and
money to refuel with on the ride)
