Mission Statement: Focus and Direction
My objective is to provide high value, innovative, online courses that lead
to total student satisfaction and excellence in nutrition, personal health and wellness. My focus will be on continuous scholarship, dynamic professional service, and a total commitment to diligent participatory development.
My academic, research, and business background has lead to the successful translation of vision into action. I founded a leading nutrition analysis
software company, DINE Systems, and currently serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
I work efficiently with diverse individuals at all levels, and maximize the contributions of others. I achieved full professorships at a major teaching
(M-1) university and a major public (R-1) research-intense university.
