HOW TO TAKE AN ON-LINE TEST

1. Go to the HPER computer lab.

2. Select the PED 415 Folder.

3. Select the PED 415 Folder (again).

4. Open the icon that says "QuizPak 3."

5. Go to File (pull down menu).

6. Select chapter test number.

7. Go to File (activate Start Quiz).

8. For each question, answer on screen (multiple choice), correct answer will appear.

9. Return to continue.

10. Score at the end for the 10 completed questions.

11. Retake with 10 new (randomized) questions.
