Dr. Cuixian
(Tracy) Chen received the B.A. degree in Statistics and Probability
and the M.S. degree in Biomathematics both from Zhongshan University (Sun
Yat-sen University), China; the M.A. and the Ph.D. degree in Statistics from the
State University of New York at Binghamton (SUNY-Binghamton), USA.
