Animoto

Animoto is a web-based tool that allows users to upload a selection of pictures and music in order to create a slideshow. However, do not let the term "slideshow" fool you. This is a slideshow unlike any that you have ever seen! Animoto also provides free, Creative Commons rights music that allows you to design your Animoto without fear of copyright infringement. Prezi

Prezi is a non-Powerpoint presentation software. Entirely flash, web based this three dimensional l software program allows incredible creativity in your presentations. While lacking in some features that one would like to see, most notably the ability to add music and voiceovers, this program is certainly worth using when you wish to avoid the traditional powerpoint presentation.

Voicethread

Voicethread is a tool for having conversations over other media. Voicethread allows everyone to discuss over telephone, webcam, file text,and microphone. People can leave comments on pictures, graphs or anything you can iimagine. Its a great tool for classrooms!

Xtranormal

Ever wished for a fun, easy to use tool for animation. Ever want to be able to create your own scenes without having to know every nuance of 3-D animation. Well, now you can! Xtranormal is as easy as telling your characters what you want them to say and how they are to act! If you can type and use a mouse, you can create your very own 3-D movies!
