From Paper to Pixels is a proposal to utilize Java based
programs in online instruction. Currently, there is a gap in
online instruction in regards to the use of manipulatives for
learning and experiementation. This proposal notes that the
used of appropriate applets can solve that gap. This note uses
the Watson School of Education at the University of North
Carolina Wilmington as the institution of change; however, any
institution could use this plan with a modicum of revision.
