We are finishing up on the evolution of social behavior (Chapter 4)
Much of the content of Chapter 4 deals with natural selection, kin selection, altruism, and how individuals operate within social groups (e.g., conflict and cooperation).
To best understand these concepts, please work on reading Chapter 4 and we will use class time to assess what aspects of the readings are reflected in visual observations (videos) of primate behavior.
February 6-10:
